Security-Assessment.com Australia/Asia Pacific is now operating under Securus Global.

As has been reported in recent times, Security-Assessment.com New Zealand has been sold to Datacraft in New Zealand.

As I mentioned before, Security-Assessment.com Australia/Asia Pacific has not been sold out and our business operations, commitment to clients, our team and approach to the IT Security industry remain the same. It’s business as usual continuing to deliver the quality services we have become renowned for….but we are making a few changes.

The Security-Assessment.com Australia business, brand and name will now come under the Securus Global business as the specialist consulting services delivery arm of the business. http://www.securusglobal.com/

Securus Global is a step forward for us. We’ve now moved to a model that provides our clients with a more comprehensive suite of services and solutions.

In addition to the expert consulting services side of the business which we have always been known for, we have now reacted to client’s needs and requests, and have developed a business-focussed products group within Securus Global that aims to help our clients in the decision making process for product selection. Our clients have told us for a long time they are frustrated with dealing with many vendors and sales guys whose only focus is the sale, with little regard as to how a solution will fit within the context of their overall security management framework.

Securus Global now takes aim at the product space. We’re known for being blunt with our thoughts on supposed “silver-bullet” solutions and we’ve upset many product vendors along the way doing it.

Now we’re not just talking it…..we’re doing it for our clients with the goal to help organisations to not waste millions of dollars on solutions that just don’t cut it. We call a spade a spade. We don’t have dedicated product sales guys on quotas. We have our team of expert IT Security Industry specialists whose number one priority is the client and ensuring that any products we propose first and foremost will actually provide value, and most importantly work as required in the client’s environment. We believe in what we do and sell, but if a solution is just not right, we will never push it!
